Beef Bourguignon (Serves 2)

To create the ultimate Beef Bourguignon meal
Heat the bourguignon as per instructions. Boil 400-500g diced potatoes until tender, then drain, mash with butter and milk, and season. Serve with bourguignon. Add mustard, horseradish, or cornichons for extra flavour. Alternatively, add our classic potato mash or sweet potato mash to your cart for ease.

Packaging Note:
Our meals are packaged in compostable containers made from plant fibre because we prefer sustainability over single-use plastic. If you try to remove the lid while the meal is fully frozen, it’s possible that a small amount of the lid may stick to the surface of the meal. For best results, we recommend thawing your meal before heating and removing the lid once it has thawed slightly. This allows the lid to separate cleanly from the meal.
