Create German style Spatzle noodles for your guests using our Spatzle grater and cup holder. Spaetzle is a German egg noodle pasta with a chewy, dumpling-like texture. It is made from a simple batter of eggs mixed with flour and milk or water. Using the cup to hold the batter, move it over grating holes which enables spaetzle to drop into your pot. Stainless steel. 5/8" holes. Has bracket that holds onto pot edge.
